Location: Ottawa, ON
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable .
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple related projects, align strategic objectives, and ensure successful program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects within a strategic program portfolio.
- Develop and oversee program plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business goals.
- Support enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Drive governance, reporting, and performance management activities.
- Facilitate communication among senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Track benefits realization and program outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing programs within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong program governance and portfolio management experience.
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
- PMP or PgMP certification is an asset.
