Vos principales responsabilités : Assurer la tenue de livres complète et veiller à l’exactitude des données financières.
Préparer les rapports financiers, effectuer les analyses de performance et produire les documents requis pour la direction.
Superviser l'ensemble du processus des comptes payables et recevables.
Piloter les processus de fin de mois et de fin d’année avec rigueur.
Superviser, encadrer et accompagner les membres du département comptable dans leur développement professionnel.
Collaborer activement avec l’équipe pour optimiser les processus et les pratiques comptables en place.
Profil recherché: Détenir un DEC en comptabilité ou une formation équivalente.
Cumuler un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec une maîtrise démontrée du cycle comptable complet.
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques ; la connaissance du logiciel Avantage est considérée comme un atout majeur.
Capacité reconnue à gérer ses dossiers de manière indépendante et proactive.
Une expérience en supervision d’équipe sera fortement valorisée. Sommaire
