The Full-Time Supervisor is a key member of the store leadership team responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing associates, and ensuring operational excellence. As the acting leader on duty during assigned shifts, the Supervisor provides direction, coaching, and support to the sales team while maintaining company standards in customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Business Performance • Drive store sales through proactive floor leadership, customer engagement, and team development. • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and productivity targets. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business results and communicate performance expectations to associates. • Analyze sales trends and customer traffic patterns to identify opportunities for growth. • Lead by example through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship building. • Support the execution of promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and seasonal business strategies. • Identify opportunities to increase average transaction value through cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations. • Maintain a strong awareness of store performance metrics, including conversion, units per transaction (UPT), average dollar sale (ADS), and loyalty program participation. Team Leadership & Associate Development • Serve as a coach, mentor, and role model for all store associates. • Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance coaching to improve individual and team performance. • Support onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, customer service expectations, and operational procedures. • Conduct daily huddles and communicate business priorities, promotions, and sales goals. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture focused on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Assist management in identifying high-potential talent and developing succession plans for future leadership opportunities. • Address employee concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. • Promote employee engagement and maintain positive team morale during both high-volume and challenging periods. Customer Experience & Service Excellence • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects the Levi's brand experience. • Ensure every customer receives personalized service that builds loyalty and encourages repeat business. • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalated issues effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. • Actively engage customers on the sales floor and model exceptional service behaviors for the team. • Develop strong product expertise to confidently assist customers with fit, styling, and product recommendations. • Ensure associates consistently adhere to customer service standards and selling expectations. • Support omnichannel services including online order pickups, ship-from-store, and customer fulfillment processes where applicable. Operational Excellence • Oversee daily store operations while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. • Open and close the store according to company requirements, including securing assets and completing required documentation. • Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, POS transactions, deposits, and reconciliation procedures. • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and presentation. • Ensure all health, safety, and security policies are followed consistently. • Support workforce planning by assisting with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management initiatives. • Prioritize and delegate operational tasks effectively to maximize productivity. Inventory Management & Loss Prevention • Support inventory accuracy through proper receiving, processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization. • Monitor inventory movement and execute regular stock replenishment to ensure product availability. • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits. • Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies and operational issues. • Promote and enforce loss prevention practices to protect company assets. • Recognize and address potential theft, fraud, or policy violations in accordance with company guidelines. • Ensure stockroom standards support safety, efficiency, and operational productivity. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards • Ensure all visual merchandising standards are executed according to company guidelines. • Maintain compelling product presentations that support sales and brand storytelling. • Support floor sets, seasonal transitions, promotional changes, and visual updates. • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including fixture presentation, signage, and product organization. • Partner with management to identify merchandising opportunities that enhance customer engagement and sales performance. Qualifications • Previous retail leadership, supervisory, or key holder experience preferred. • Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance. • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment. • Experience handling customer escalations and conflict resolution. • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. • Reliable transportation. • Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts. • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs. • Ability to bend, kneel, reach overhead, climb ladders, and work in stockroom environments. • Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks associated with retail operations and merchandising activities. LOCATIONScarborough, CAN, Town Centre Mall FULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time COMPENSATIONThe pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local or provincial requirements or $16.15 - $26.90 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
