Scotia iTRADE Sales Associate

Manage Scotia iTRADE client onboarding through telephone and email while pursuing new brokerage accounts and relationship growth in Canada. Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal work locations apply.
The Sales Associate supports Scotiabank’s Sales & Partnerships team and delivers individual goals aligned with business strategies. You will handle account openings, brokerage transfers, client inquiries, and complaints while providing personalized experiences. The work requires regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and effective collaboration with Bank partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and emails from existing and new clients
- Acquire online brokerage accounts and deliver seamless onboarding experiences
- Execute outbound calling strategies supporting agreed growth objectives
- Resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints within established procedures
- Process client requests, transactions, and onboarding efficiently
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Outbound sales contact centre experience
- Minimum five years’ sales, relationship, or account management experience
- Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and related CRM experience
