As a Sales Associate you will:

• Provide an elevated, consultative sales experience
• Live our vision
• Ensure our store is always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Work together as part of the sales team to exceed goals and expectations
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Be the face of our combined values, with a focus on customer, wellness and transparency
• Educate clients on product materials, craftmanship, and benefits of quality sleep
• Create and curate a comfortable environment for customers to experience our products and learn about our brand
• Exceptional attention to details
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person
• Passionate about sleep, wellness and premium products
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Full time position; available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and provide a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Professional, polished and customer-focused demeanor
