GIP-Potzus Ltd. is a road construction company with a vegetation maintenance division of GIP-Potzus Ltd. & is seeking an administrative associate. The candidate will deal with onboarding, HSE requirements, client administrative requirements, and field administrative needs. The Administrative Assistant will look after day to day activity, and assist with Health & Safety administrative work or other office administrative duties.
Provide office managers with accurate data entry and information on request.Efficiently problem-solve and work independently
Efficient and experienced with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Required Knowledge and Skills -Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment.
-Previous knowledge of civil earthworks/road building an asset
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
-Ability to work well with others and take direction.
