Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high-performing CRM technology team. While experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is considered an asset, the ideal candidate is a versatile delivery leader who can quickly understand any technology platform, drive execution excellence, and help teams navigate complex business and technology challenges.

This role requires someone who goes beyond facilitating ceremonies. The successful candidate will proactively identify delivery risks, challenge assumptions, uncover dependencies, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. They should possess a strong sense of ownership, an ability to dig deeper into business problems, and a track record of leading Agile teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery for one or more cross-functional technology teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and challenge teams to focus on underlying business outcomes rather than simply executing tasks.
Monitor team progress, delivery commitments, dependencies, and milestones across initiatives.
Identify delivery risks, impediments, and bottlenecks early, and proactively drive resolution plans.
Provide transparent reporting on sprint health, delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
Support release planning and coordinate activities across multiple dependent teams.
Drive effective stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Promote a culture of ownership, quality, and customer-centric delivery.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile scaling practices.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
Demonstrated ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive teams toward successful outcomes.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders to understand and solve complex business problems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering CRM-related initiatives.
Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Experience within banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Experience working in large-scale Agile transformation programs.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 70000 to 95652

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
