Signing bonus: $5,000 if you’ve already built automations that drove $3M+ in growth

A digital agency in London, Ontario, 17 years in. We build brands, websites, and marketing programs for brave clients looking tgrow.

That frees us for the big, innovative work, the kind of results our clients take tthe boardroom. We’re far enough out front that our team consults for those same clients on how tbring AI inttheir own organizations.

And we like it here. We’re a small, senior team that’s glad tsee each other in the morning, jazzed about the work, and quick tmove because it’s exciting.

We built this role for one person. You’ll know in a line if it’s you.

The role.

Your job is tturn more of our clients’ website visitors intcustomers, leads, and online sales, and tkeep those sites getting better month after month.

Mostly that means building new client websites from the wireframe up, written and structured tconvert from the first visitor. You alssharpen the sites we already run, and you build the AI automations that monitor performance and act on it automatically, sprogress never stalls waiting on a person.

What you’ll own.

• Net-new website builds, wireframe first. Most of the work. Conversion-first, mobile-first, built around the persona and the buying journey, then taken ta live build with our Web & Enterprise team.
• The automations that keep existing sites compounding while you sleep, confirming or denying the AI’s recommendations without a human in the loop.
• Pages that convert paid traffic from Google, Meta, and beyond. You design for the intent the visitor arrives with.
• Conversion and copy across e-commerce and B2B lead-gen. You write the words and protect the brand, because CRO without copy is just moving buttons, and brand is what makes people stay.
• Experimentation, SEO, and GEO , sthe right traffic hits a page that’s ready for it.
• Expert real-time dashboards in Looker Studio , and the ROI story behind every number.
• The client relationship. They should call working with you easy.

• Month 1: you’re in the accounts, your first wireframes are started, your first automation is shipped.
• Month 2: net-new builds are your rhythm, automations are managing live performance, and your dashboards are reporting ROI.
• 6 months: multiple sites taken from wireframe tlive, measurable lift, and an ROI story the client trusts.
• 12 months: your sites are beating their markets, your automations keep them compounding, and your playbooks have lifted the whole team.
