Client-Focused Managing Consultant

Join People Corporation as a Client-Focused Managing Consultant in Edmonton. This role centers on cultivating relationships while ensuring optimal group benefits for clients through strategic analysis.
In this managing role, you will be tasked with retaining and growing client relationships within group benefits. Your responsibilities include analyzing claims data, preparing cost comparisons, and leveraging internal insights for client success. Collaborate with various teams to support clients and enable upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create consulting plans tailored for client enhancement
• Identify relevant cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct market and performance analyses
• Facilitate client presentations with data support
• Track ongoing work and update systems regularly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years in client-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of group benefits and funding
• Required Life license (LLQP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, adaptable tech user
