Fairmont Gold Attendant
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Fairmont Gold Attendant you provide personalized service that will make our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive!
What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Responsible for the replenishments and monitoring of all Food & Beverage offerings on Fairmont Gold
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Fairmont Gold Lounge
- Organizing cleaning and maintaining the Fairmont Gold Pantry
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow departmental policies procedures and service standards
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Must obtain and maintain valid Serving it Right and Food Safe certifications
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Previous customer or Food & Beverage related experience an asset
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
