Executive Communications Editor at Clio

Shape Clio's communications as a Staff Editor & Content Strategist on a fixed-term contract. You’ll manage high-visibility writing and enhance executive messaging in a hybrid work model.
Bringing extensive experience in senior writing roles is essential for this position, which focuses on driving initiatives through clarity and precision. You’ll collaborate with various teams, ghostwrite for executives, and influence the overall content strategy. Your role includes identifying risks early and enabling effective prioritization across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own writing initiatives and deliver thought leadership
• Edit high-stakes content for executives and stakeholders
• Ensure messaging consistency across all channels
• Drive projects to completion under tight deadlines
• Partner closely with PR, Brand, and SEO teams
Requirements:
• Proven extensive experience in content strategy and editing
• Exceptional judgment for executive communications
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional settings
• Familiarity with thought leadership initiatives is beneficial
