What You'll Do
- Welcome & Wow: Greet every member and guest with a smile and top-notch service.
- Smooth Operator: Keep front desk operations running like clockwork from checking memberships to managing payments.
- Problem Solver: Handle member questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
- Sales Support: Help convert walk-ins and trials into happy, loyal members.
- Ambassador: Promote our referral programs, encourage Google reviews, and help grow our community.
- Keep It Clean & Safe: Monitor the gym environment, report issues, and make announcements to keep the club welcoming.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable attitude that makes people feel welcome.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Passion for excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable learning new software and gym systems.
- Previous front desk, retail, or customer service experience a plus!
