Store Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

Store Supervisor

· Ensure store service efficiency and productivity which includes overall store operations sales and merchandise display;

· Maintains a healthy level of inventory in designated department;

· Manages customer service levels including cash, cashier and merchandising;

· Ensures cashier/sales associate staff comply with all company's guidelines;

· Monitor standards of housekeeping and image;

· Participates in Health & Safety reviews;

· Carries out Operations Management duties;

· Maintains and controls cash registers and works with Assistant Manager in order to maintain balanced inventory.

· Oversees human resource function of cash staff, including but not limited to training, coaching and performance management.

Job Requirement

· Post-secondary education;

· Posses basic to intermediate knowledge in Microsoft office applications: Words, Excel and PowerPoint;

· High integrity and work ethics;

· Able to work independently and collaboratively;

· Organized, detailed oriented and holds sense of ownership;

· Flexible work hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays;

· Must be able to communicate in English;

· Must be able to lift up to 20lbs;

· Individuals with relevant work experience will be first considered.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
