What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and creating an exceptional first impression.
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls.
- Processing vehicle deposits and customer payments.
- Receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining a clean, professional reception area, customer lounge, and coffee station.
- Assisting the Sales Department with vehicle inventory administration, including maintaining accurate inventory records and updating vehicle information, pricing, and inventory status in dealership systems.
- Supporting inventory merchandising and ensuring vehicles are accurately displayed online.
- Learning and utilizing dealership technology and inventory management tools.
- Supporting other departments and performing administrative duties as needed.
