Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions Analyst II

- Enhance Microsoft 365 tools through user support
- Design and implement solutions with SharePoint and Power Apps
- Support Copilot adoption and evaluate AI features
- Maintain clear documentation for processes and support
- Foster relationships with IT and business stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 support
- Strong understanding of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Education in IT or Computer Science preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and solution documentation
- Experience with PowerShell and Azure is beneficial
