Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Blockchain Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust blockchain solutions, with a particular focus on smart contracts and decentralized applications for the gaming industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and efficient systems that drive innovation in Web3 gaming and virtual economies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts for blockchain gaming platforms, including NFT systems, token mechanics, and decentralized features.
- Develop and maintain blockchain integrations, decentralized application infrastructure, and backend services that interact with blockchain networks.
- Integrate various blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana) and decentralized protocols, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Implement blockchain security best practices, identify vulnerabilities, and assist with audits to ensure the integrity of decentralized systems.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers on blockchain integrations, participate in architecture planning, and contribute to development workflows.
- Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, Web3 gaming trends, and contribute innovative ideas for system improvements.
- Debug, test, and optimize smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure for performance, scalability, and gas efficiency.
Qualifications
- Skills: Solidity, Rust, EVM-compatible blockchains, ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, Ethers.js, Web3.js, Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Git, GitHub, smart contract auditing, backend development, API integration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, passionate about blockchain and gaming.
