We are seeking 2 highly skilled climbing arborists to come develop, upskill, train and work daily with our team of 13. The ideal candidates will have no problem working in any tree. You must be proficient with complex rigging scenarios, have crane experience, as well as have the licensing and ability to drive heavy trucks. We will open our finance books up to share how we have grown and give advice and insight on starting or growing your own small business. We will include you in any interview process and management operations along the way for experience in how we operate with success. This will give you management experience and a position of authority and respect in the company while you are here.

We offer a live on the farm Canadian experience with a 1400 sqare foot home fully furnished with internet and utilities included at no extra cost. This overlooks the field where the cattle graze, goats play, and has stunning sunsets outside the main windows.

Completed startup and setup support. We will connect you with other arbs/people we have brought over from France and Australia. We all can help you through the visa application process and let you know timing and what to expect.

Financial integration support. We have commercial bank managers in place to get you set up the day after you land with a Canadian bank account and Social Insurance Number. This makes for a smooth transition into the Canadian economy and financial systems without extra fees for converting money constantly.

Work life balance. We offer extended long weekends. Every Canadian statutory holiday comes with an extra day off so there is frequent 4 day long weekends for you to go and have extended Canadian experiences while you are working here.

Summer shutdown. We offer a 1 week holiday shutdown for the entire company over the labour day weekend for a total of 9-10 days off each year. This year some of our team is going with the 4 Australians to Mexico skydiving. Others are traveling and going camping, ect.

Health plan. We can help you with letters and setup to be integrated into the Ontario medical system with coverage like any regular Canadian citizen via O.H.I.P.

Entry into the 2027 Ontario Tree Climbing Competition. We offer the support and ability to get you entered into and compete with some of Canada's best tree climbers at a large event called the O.T.C.C. We hire 2 separate arborists to train team members entering the competition on 2 different days to know what to expect. These training arborists finish in the top 10 and top 3 out of 32 consistently over the last 3 years, and you will have to compete against them in the final if you make it there. This is the opportunity of a life time for any skilled arborist.

Knowledge of business operations and financial planning. We'll open our books and operations up as we get to know and trust each other.  We'll share how we have grown with success and hardships along the way. We'll give you insight and support as to what we found worked and didn't work. We also have a variety of skills and consultation experience to share for how you might succeed if you want to start or grow your own business.
