Join Husqvarna Construction as a Regional Manager based in Toronto/Mississauga. This role focuses on driving profitable sales through strategic planning and expanding customer relationships. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for structuring sales territories and managing a team to achieve regional growth. Your leadership will include conducting training, performance appraisals, and ensuring alignment with company standards. Collaborating with business functions and maintaining budget oversight will drive success in this critical position. Key Responsibilities:

Structure sales territories based on market potential
Coordinate training and performance appraisals for staff
Manage and monitor regional budget and forecasts
Present findings during quarterly regional business reviews
Conduct competitive analysis and recommend improvements

Requirements:

4 years of sales experience required
BS in Business Administration preferred
Experience with analytics-based sales processes
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time
