Financial Services Firm Manager

Shape the future of financial services as a Manager in an accounting firm. This role centers on team leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence in service delivery. In the role of Financial Services Firm Manager, you will manage a team of 16-20 people, planning and organizing operational activities. Your experience will be key in providing expertise and implementing action plans that meet client requirements. You will also oversee budget planning and control, ensuring efficiency in expenditures while shaping company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective action plans
- Organize operations for client service excellence
- Hire, train, and lead high-performing teams
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly
- Represent the firm within industry organizations
- Relevant non-university certificate or diploma (1-2 years)
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational capabilities and client focus
- Experience in leading diverse teams effectively
