Accounting Coordinator

Complete Distribution Services Ltd. is an independently owned Canadian company providing multi-temperature distribution services throughout the Prairies and Northern Canada since 1985.

We are currently seeking a full-time, onsite Accounting Coordinator to join our Corporate Services team in Prince Albert.

Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
- Support payroll entry, order processing, and month-end activities
- Maintain organized financial and office filing systems
- Provide support to customers, vendors, and delivery personnel
- Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as required

Qualifications
- 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience
- Experience with accounting and payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
