Tenant Services Support Representative

Prince Albert Housing Authority has a five (5) month full-time, term opportunity for a Tenant Services Support Representative (TSSR).  Reporting to the Tenant Relations Manager, the TSSR provides clerical support to the Tenant Services team and is accountable for providing effective, courteous service to tenants, the public, and staff.  

The Position:
-Assisting with preparation and delivery of tenant communications
-Providing support to the Tenant Services team with the coordination of move-in and move-out process
-Collecting tenant documents
-Maintaining tenant files
-Assisting with coverage at Customer Service desk, including answering phone calls and responding to walk-in tenants/customers inquiries

-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Strong analytical, mathematical, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Exceptional client relations skills and the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public

Qualifications:
-Grade 12 or equivalent, supplemented by a certificate or diploma in Office Education, experience with Microsoft Office OR an equivalent combination of education and experience  
-1  3 years of proven administration and customer service experience
-A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
