Corporate Accounts Director Position

Pride in Personnel

Take the lead in corporate account strategy as a Director at your next role. This position requires expertise in sales management and strategic relationship building in the pharmaceutical industry. In this Director role, you will develop and execute comprehensive account strategies focused on revenue growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will also include creating multi-year account plans and managing corporate account performance. Applying your extensive experience in pharmaceutical account dynamics is key to driving market share growth and strengthening customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement account strategies for profitability
Create multi-year plans optimizing product mix and pricing
Manage net sales performance and market share growth
Lead impactful sales presentations to expand account penetration
Identify new business opportunities in existing and prospective accounts

Requirements:

7+ years in Sales Management focusing on corporate accounts
Strong knowledge of primary and secondary account dynamics
Proficient in data analysis and translating insights
Proven track record in achieving revenue and margin targets
Direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
