- Guide a team dedicated to HR data governance
- Manage enterprise HR data catalogs and metadata standards
- Document end-to-end data lineage procedures
- Lead initiatives for improved data quality across HR
- Develop reporting frameworks for data quality performance
- 6+ years of experience in related data fields
- Expertise in data governance frameworks and practices
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
