Leasing Specialist
Nous recrutons pour l’un de nos clients un leasing specialist afin de superviser un ensemble d’actifs résidentiels et commerciaux à Montréal. N’ayant pas accès à un site web pour analyser l’entreprise, la description repose sur les informations fournies: il s’agit d’un environnement immobilier actif, impliqué dans la gestion et le repositionnement d’actifs, incluant une phase de rénovation. Ce rôle clé est centré sur la location, les relations d’affaires et la performance d’occupation. Localisation : MontréalSalaire : 85 000 $ (salaire de base) + commissions allant jusqu’à 10-30% Avantages
Remboursement des déplacements selon le taux standard applicable, incluant stationnement
Assurances collectives.
Responsabilités
Assurer la gestion complète du cycle de location pour les unités résidentielles, incluant les renouvellements annuels
Participer activement à la commercialisation d’espaces commerciaux en cours de rénovation ou vacants
Présenter les propriétés lors de visites sur site auprès de locataires potentiels et d’intermédiaires
Structurer et négocier les conditions des ententes locatives, incluant lettres d’intention et offres de location
Superviser la mise en location d’un nouveau projet résidentiel en développement
Collaborer avec des courtiers externes afin d’optimiser la visibilité des espaces disponibles
Gérer les plateformes de diffusion et outils numériques spécialisés en immobilier pour promouvoir les actifs
Maintenir un suivi régulier auprès du propriétaire sur la progression des locations et l’état du marché
Intégrer les conditions négociées aux modèles contractuels existants pour approbation
Exigences
Expérience : minimum de 5 ans en location immobilière, incluant des actifs résidentiels et commerciaux
Langues : maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
