Investment Marketing Program Manager

The Investment Marketing Program Manager is responsible for delivering best-in-class product marketing to promote Fidelity’s brand, products, and services to advisors. As a senior member of the Investment Marketing team, you will contribute to Asset Under Management (AUM) growth by owning or contributing to strategic marketing channels such as Continuing Education Credits, Events, and the Sales Enablement Library.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of robust go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Fidelity investment products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
• Lead and manage the Sales Enablement Library, ensuring advisors have access to accurate, compliant, and compelling content to support new and active sales cycles.
• Provide ad-hoc advisor marketing support to cross-functional teams (Operations, Client Services, and National Accounts).
• Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor’s) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications function.
• Experience working within the asset-management industry or similar financial services organization.
• Deep working knowledge of investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives) and the implications of market events on advisor clients.
• Exceptional communicator skilled at leveraging data to identify themes, build a narrative, and secure buy-in.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project-management skills with an emphasis on bringing together multiple stakeholders to achieve specified timelines.

Benefits

• Base Salary: Competitive annual range of $99,000 to $117,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary bonus that rewards contributions and results.
• RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, employer contribution to employee RRSP (no matching required).
