We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Gravity HVAC & Plumbing. Our company is rapidly expanding, and we need a dynamic individual to help us grow our HVAC division. As an outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting residential site visits to provide job quotes, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to meet quarterly targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With plenty of leads available, a go-getter with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to follow-up has the potential to earn upwards of $200k-$250k per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture leads and assist in generating new leads through various channels, including trade shows, distributing door knockers, and networking
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their HVAC needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Present product information and demonstrate the value of our HVAC offerings
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Liaise with our marketing company to coordinate lead-generation efforts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in HVAC
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Access to a vehicle
- Positive attitude
Pay: Base salary plus commission with the potential to earn $200K+ annually
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
