Summer Student Sales Representative

Overview:We’re a fast-growing student-run painting business seeking driven, outgoing individuals to join our team as Summer Sales Representatives. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential, ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and getting rewarded directly for their performance.
Conduct door-to-door marketing in residential neighborhoods to generate leads for painting and staining projects
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify potential project opportunities
- Follow up with leads via phone to qualify prospects and schedule estimates
- Manage your pipeline and convert leads into booked jobs
- Travel to appointments and estimates across Peterborough and the Kawarthas
- Work toward weekly and seasonal sales targets
