DISPATCHER (NIGHT SHIFT)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and optimize transportation operations (pickups, deliveries, and returns);
- Ensure the smooth operation of the logistics chain between shippers and consignees;
- Make necessary adjustments to dispatch assignments based on operational needs;
- Support drivers and respond to their operational needs during their shifts;
- Act quickly to resolve situations that may affect customer service;
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hold an AEC in Transportation Logistics or a DEP in Truck Transportation (an asset);
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (general communication with our customers);
- Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and excellent judgment;
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset;
- Good geographical knowledge;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm and efficient in unexpected situations.
SCHEDULE
- Sunday 9:00 p.m. to Friday 6:00 a.m.
SALARY
- Competitive salary based on experience;
- Night shift premium offered in addition to the regular salary.
