Brand Manager - Adhesives

What you´ll do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support brand growth and business objectives.
• Lead product launches, line extensions, and go-to-market execution across multiple channels.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, paid media, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Translate consumer insights and performance data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer/Trade Marketing teams to deliver impactful customer-facing programs.
• Support packaging innovation and product communication initiatives that strengthen brand differentiation.
• Manage creative development and content production across digital, retail, and promotional channels.
• Measure campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Work with Channel Marketing to coordinate trade shows, customer events, and industry engagement programs.
• Ensure consistency of brand standards across all consumer and customer touchpoints.

What makes you a good fit

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree considered an asset.
  • Professional marketing certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Analytics, or Shopper Marketing are a plus.
• Experience
  • 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related commercial functions.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
  • Experience working with agencies, creative development, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in the Building Industry and/or in Consumer-Packaged Goods is considered an asset.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00- $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
