Project Coordinator

Catalent seeks a Project Coordinator to support project management activities across pharmaceutical softgel development and manufacturing projects in Strathroy or Windsor, Ontario. The role involves coordinating projects of varying complexity, managing timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout product development and commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in planning, executing, tracking, and reporting on project milestones and deliverables
- Manage scope changes, identify risks, and develop contingency plans
- Prepare and report monthly project financials, budgets, and forecasts
- Communicate project expectations, timelines, and updates to stakeholders and team members
- Organize customer and internal meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action item follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life/Applied Science, Business, or related field
- Any level of project development or management experience
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Canadian credential equivalency evaluation if applicable
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP facilities (preferred)
- Project Management certification or PMP designation (desirable)
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base
