Experienced Hotel Manager Needed

Become the driving force at Parkside Inn as their Permanent Full-Time Hotel Manager in Grande Prairie, Alberta. - Create and implement hotel department policies
- Oversee budget preparation and revenue tracking

- Negotiate supplier contracts for efficient operations
- Recruit, supervise, and train hotel staff
- Required several years of industry experience
- Strong preference for a degree or diploma in hotel management
- Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills
- Effective budgeting and financial oversight skills
- Proficient in conflict resolution and customer service
