As a welder with us the minimum responsibilities are:
Refurbishing and repairing front-end and roll-off containers.
Performing MIG TIG and Arc welding in various positions.
Assisting Heavy Duty mechanics with compactors and other equipment repairs.
Painting bins and contributing to overall shop order.
Delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What We Need From You:
Experience with MIG TIG and Arc welding in various positions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently.
Willingness to take direction and learn new skills.
Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
Available to work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime as needed.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
