Senior Plc Scada Automation Engineer
MPE
PLC and SCADA programming professionals can lead automation projects with MPE across Saskatchewan and Western Canada. Commission systems, configure networks, and troubleshoot controls.As a Senior Automation Professional, you will program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems while supporting control system planning and design. The work includes commissioning, networking configurations, control narratives, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will lead automation teams, manage projects, and communicate with clients.Key Responsibilities:
Program and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA systemsLead automation teams through project phasesManage projects and serve as client contactTroubleshoot control systems remotely or onsiteImplement secure networking and remote access schemesRequirements:
Degree or diploma in a related fieldTen or more years of relevant experienceProject management, programming, and control design experienceElectrical and instrumentation systems backgroundAPEGS or TPS licensing eligibilityApply automation leadership, PLC programming, SCADA expertise, and control design experience supporting MPE clients across Western Canada.
