Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Duties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information in the database.
• Process account-related documentation, including new account setups and updates.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, providing timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless account management and resolution of issues.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents for accuracy.
• Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency.

Skills

• MUST be proficient in Excel
• Proficient in office administration with a strong understanding of clerical procedures.
• Accounts receivable and payable.
• Strong attention to detail for effective proofreading and document management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in work.
• Familiarity with file management systems and office software applications is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 12 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
