Your commitment to improving supervision frameworks and effective oversight will significantly impact the company’s compliance culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage oversight of supervision and compliance activities
- Drive development of compliance programs and policies
- Identify and address regulatory trends and gaps
- Represent the firm in internal and external audits
- Collaborate with leadership on compliance matters
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Minimum 10 years in compliance roles
- Strong understanding of securities and CIRO regulations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
