Director Of Field Operations

Lead telecommunications and utility field operations at Encepta, guiding managers and strengthening safe, reliable delivery across British Columbia and Alberta.Reporting to the COO, you will lead four experienced field managers in a growing technical services environment. You will plan field work, allocate resources, manage delivery performance, and connect crews with engineering, data, program, and account teams. Vehicle-mounted LiDAR, in-house software, and advanced data technology support the work.Key Responsibilities:
Coach four field managers and strengthen accountabilityCoordinate crews, vehicles, equipment, and schedulingStandardize processes, training, and performance measuresPartner with technology teams to embed field toolsManage budgets, subcontractors, resources, and delivery costsRequirements:
Typically fifteen or more years of progressive operations experienceField leadership in telecommunications, utilities, or technical servicesPractical safety leadership around live infrastructureExperience improving processes and introducing changeRelevant degree or equivalent experienceBring field leadership, safety discipline, operational ownership, and technology curiosity to Encepta’s infrastructure data operations.
