Remote Bilingual Audiology Support Specialist

Join Demant as a Bilingual Audiology Support Specialist, working remotely across Canada. Leverage your audiological expertise to support clients through phone consultations, fitting, and troubleshooting. Become part of Demant's Audiology & Training team, where your skills will enhance communication for clients with hearing loss. Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree in Audiology and over 2 years of clinical experience. You'll provide key support in instrument selection, technical reviews, and collaborate with sales and training teams as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide audiological phone support to customers
- Assist in fitting and troubleshooting hearing instruments
- Conduct technical product reviews and consultations
- Collaborate with sales and training teams
- Participate in seminars and product launches
- Master’s degree in Audiology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- Knowledge of NOAH and manufacturer software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
