Associate Condominium Manager

Riverdale Property Management is seeking an organized, service‑driven Associate Condominium Manager to support the smooth, professional operation of a thriving condominium portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in accuracy, and is ready to grow within the condominium management field.

What You Will Do

Resident & Contractor Coordination

• Liaise with residents and contractors in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
• Assist during emergency situations by attending site when required and providing timely updates via phone or email.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure service delivery meets Riverdale’s standards.

Building & Operational Oversight

• Conduct weekly common‑area inspections and document findings to support proactive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate resident and tenant contact information.
• Assist with insurance appraisals, tendering processes, and administration of operating contracts; maintain up‑to‑date contract summaries.

Financial Administration

• Prepare monthly accounting reports and assist with annual budget development, including data entry and compilation of budget packages.
• Manage property budgets, review invoices, and ensure payments are processed within required timelines.
• Oversee monthly condo insurance documentation and information collection.
• Prepare monthly Board reports, including financial statement analysis and variance commentary.
• Support Accounts Receivable by following up on overdue accounts and liaising with legal counsel when necessary
• Ensure condo fee cheques are deposited promptly with accurate account coding.
• Code and verify Accounts Payable invoices to ensure timely entry aligned with cheque run schedules.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform additional duties as required to support the effective management of the condominium corporation and uphold Riverdale Property Management’s service standards.

Who You Are

• Bring 1–3 years of condominium management experience or related property‑management exposure.
• Hold post‑secondary credentials in Business Administration; Condominium Management courses are an asset.
• Demonstrate strong financial, analytical, and research abilities.
• Excel in relationship‑building, with clear written and verbal communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and a collaborative, eager‑to‑learn mindset.
• Manage time effectively, stay composed under pressure, and handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines with adaptability.
• Solve problems using facts, sound reasoning, and practical judgment.
• Possess intermediate to advanced skills in accounting software, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office, with a natural curiosity for learning new applications.
• Able to provide a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
