Senior Digital Health Program Manager

Lead digital health, data infrastructure, and analytics initiatives as Stafingo’s Senior Program Manager on contract in Ontario. Coordinate complex delivery across public sector stakeholders.
This senior-level position oversees strategic initiatives involving immunization information systems and analytics enablement. You will coordinate data engineering, architecture, privacy, security, operations, and vendor teams. The work requires integrated planning, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, governance, coordination, and delivery across interconnected initiatives
- Develop roadmaps, delivery plans, budgets, milestones, and success metrics
- Coordinate data engineering, analytics, architecture, privacy, and security teams
- Maintain RAID logs and mitigation strategies for delivery risks
- Prepare executive reports, briefing notes, and steering committee materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline
- Ten or more years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing interdependent projects, workstreams, and delivery teams
- Expertise in governance, integrated planning, risk, budgeting, and reporting
- Proficiency in Agile and Project Management Institute methodologies
