Scolarité et expérience :
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) dans la discipline ou dans un champ de spécialisation approprié;
- OU
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat ou l’équivalent) jugé pertinent;
- ET
- Un minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience dans le domaine;
- Maîtrise de la langue française parlée et écrite (test de français);
- Compétences pédagogiques acquise par le biais d’une expérience en enseignement ou d’une formation reconnue seront privilégiées.
Exigences :
Les candidatures répondant à ces exigences pourraient être privilégiées :
- Titre en assurance de dommages, un atout;
- Expérience de formation en ligne, un atout;
- Habiletés en communication;
- Capacité d'adapter le rythme d'apprentissage à un groupe d'étudiants hétérogène;
- Volonté de collaborer à l'approche programme dans le contexte d'un programme par compétences.
