position Overview Are you an active real estate agent looking to dramatically accelerate your career, sharpen your skills, and build a long-term enterprise? We are seeking a driven, licensed agent to partner directly with a top-producing veteran agent. This is not a traditional team role. You will receive one-on-one mentorship from an industry leader with a proven, highly successful business model. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead agent to master high-level negotiations, client acquisition, and operations, with a direct pathway to take over an established book of business as the lead agent transitions toward retirement. Operational Infrastructure: Access to proven systems, administrative support, and marketing resources. Key Responsibilities Shadow and assist the lead agent in client meetings, contract negotiations, and listing presentations.
Gradually take over day-to-day client communications, property showings, and transaction management.
Absorb and implement existing systems for client retention and database management.
Maintain the highest standard of service and integrity to protect the brand's reputation. Qualifications
Active Real Estate License in good standing.
1 or 2 years of active real estate experience preferred (demonstrating foundational knowledge and drive).
Strong work ethic, emotional intelligence, and professional discretion.
Deep commitment to client care and long-term business building.
