We are looking for motivated individuals with   dealership or retail sales experience   who are eager to take ownership of their careers and grow within the automotive industry. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we also welcome candidates with strong retail sales backgrounds who are ready to bring their skills to the dealership environment.

OMVIC registration is required to work as a Sales Consultant. Candidates who are not currently OMVIC-registered are still encouraged to apply; however, successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain valid OMVIC registration as a condition of employment in the position.

Job Duties

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Conduct demonstration drives in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Explain equity, residual value, and depreciation concepts.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and build strong client relationships.
• Ensure detailed vehicle delivery and follow up on customer requests.
• Personalize each vehicle delivery experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess

• 1–3 years of dealership or retail sales experience.
• Valid OMVIC registration, or the ability and willingness to obtain OMVIC registration as a condition of employment in the position.
• A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• The ability to remain calm and focused while delivering exceptional customer service.
• A professional demeanour and appearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an upbeat, engaging attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated approach and strong work ethic.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with technology.
• Tagalog language skills are considered an asset.
