Drive national market share expansion for Marsh in Toronto through executive growth leadership and a hybrid schedule requiring three office days weekly.
As Chief Growth Officer and Head of Industries, lead national new business growth across Canada. Shape strategy with the Executive Committee while guiding Producers and Industry Leaders. Partner with Segment Leaders to identify opportunities, strengthen industry strategy, and bring Marsh’s risk, insurance, people, strategy, and capital capabilities to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a national market share growth agenda
- Lead major pursuits, RFPs, and executive client conversations
- Partner with Segment Leaders on client strategies
- Build external relationships with senior business leaders
- Coach Producers and Industry Leaders toward growth
Requirements:
- Proven new business growth and market share expansion record
- Experience leading high-performing sales or producer teams
- Credibility with senior business leaders
- Strong external networks generating opportunities
- Deep understanding of the Canadian market
Lead Marsh’s Canadian growth agenda through strategic thinking, executive presence, client partnerships, and measurable market expansion.
