Shape TD’s future workforce strategy in Toronto through AI, skills intelligence, and workforce planning expertise. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.Reporting to the VP, Organization Effectiveness & Future Workforce, the Assistant Vice President leads strategy, frameworks, and solutions for businesses transforming. This Human Resources role connects business strategy, workforce capabilities, skills, capacity, external trends, and emerging technology to practical leadership decisions.Key Responsibilities:
Build TD’s perspective on the future of workLead workforce planning and scenario developmentDefine future workforce models and transformation prioritiesEstablish frameworks for human and AI-enabled workTranslate research into actionable recommendations and decision supportRequirements:
10+ years in workforce strategy or related fieldsStrong communication and influencing skillsAbility to turn insight into practical solutionsExperience leading high-performing teamsUniversity degree in business, HR, or related disciplineBring strategic judgment, consulting expertise, and AI workforce insight to TD’s future workforce agenda in Toronto, Ontario.
