Summer Office Assistant Student

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Summer Student, who is detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office tasks and ensure smooth operations within the office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel.- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.- Assist with data entry tasks using computerized systems.- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- High School graduate going into college or University or second year

- Going back to school in fall

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to perform basic data entry tasks accurately.- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Type: SeasonalContract length: 2 months

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
