Client Care Coordinator Front Desk

Coordinate client care at Larga Baffin through courteous communication, complaint resolution, and organized front desk service. Support clients, visitors, and service providers professionally.

The Client Care Coordinator organizes, coordinates, and communicates client needs while reporting to Client Care supervisors and managers. This position works with internal departments, external vendors, partners, hospitals, and service providers. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining records, and supporting registration procedures. The role requires calm judgment, sensitivity, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and service providers warmly
• Answer multiple incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Handle complaints and escalate issues appropriately
• Coordinate client services with departments and external partners
• Maintain organized front desk and lobby areas

Requirements:

• Two to three years customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and independent judgment abilities
• Reliable record keeping and organizational skills
