As a pivotal team member, you'll oversee testing strategies, execute various testing phases, and mentor less experienced testers. Ensure all software meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance while participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive test strategies with risk assessment
• Lead automated and manual test execution efforts
• Manage defect lifecycles, utilizing Jira for tracking
• Maintain validation documentation in line with regulations
• Facilitate process enhancements for QA practices
Requirements:
• 7-9 years of experience in software testing
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proficient in testing tools such as Selenium and AccelQ
• Skilled in API testing using JMeter and Postman
