Accompagnez une équipe dynamique chez notre magasin en tant que Gestionnaire de l'expérience client. Passionné par la mode et le service, aidez chaque cliente à vivre une expérience shopping inoubliable. En tant qu'assistant gérant, vous développerez et dirigerez une équipe dédiée à l'excellence du service client. Vous agirez également comme styliste, créant des looks personnalisés pour les clientes, tout en suit quotidiennement les objectifs de ventes. Ce rôle implique la gestion d'équipe, la connaissance des tendances de mode, ainsi que l'assistance aux opérations quotidiennes du magasin. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruter et former une équipe de vente efficace
- Créer des garde-robes personnalisées pour les clientes
- Suivre les performances de ventes régulièrement
- Assister le gérant du magasin dans ses missions
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes comme la réception de marchandise
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de magasin
- Passion pour la mode et le service client
- Aptitudes avérées en développement d'équipe
- Initiative constante dans le travail
- Connaissance des tendances de mode pertinentes
