Gestionnaire des Services Applicatifs

Rejoignez la SADC comme Gestionnaire des Services Applicatifs et coordonnez la livraison d'applications. Mettez à profit vos compétences techniques en soutien opérationnel dans un environnement hybride à Ottawa ou Toronto. Dans ce rôle permanent et à temps plein, vous serez responsable de livrer, supporter et améliorer les portefeuilles d'applications personnalisées et de services en nuage. Vous dirigerez une petite équipe, faciliterez des solutions techniques, et assurerez une communication claire avec les partenaires d'affaires. Key Responsibilities:

Assurez la livraison et le support des applications COTS et sur mesure
Dirigez une équipe pour un soutien technique quotidien
Collaborez avec des partenaires pour évaluer les besoins utilisateurs
Gérez un modèle de livraison combiné, agile et itératif
Maintenez la santé des applications et la gestion des incidents

Requirements:

Diplôme en informatique ou domaine pertinent
5-7 ans d'expérience en services applicatifs
3 ans d'expérience en leadership d'équipe
Maîtrise des pratiques de gestion de projets modernes
Bilinguisme impératif (BBB/BBB)
