Procurement Coordinator Contracts Suppliers

Coordinate procurement contracts and supplier follow-ups for Canadian and U.S. stores, Head Office, and operational teams while using Excel and Outlook.

Reporting to the Director, Procurement – Goods and Services, this coordinator supports purchasing needs across stores and Head Office. The work includes contract negotiations, supplier communications, request coordination, and service follow-ups. It also supports operational needs through product reviews, inventory monitoring, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate purchasing and service contracts
• Coordinate store and Head Office supply requests
• Research suppliers in Canada and internationally
• Monitor supply inventories according to schedules
• Follow up on returns, warranties, and item issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Fluency in French and English
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Outlook
• Good knowledge of SharePoint
• Strong organization and attention to detail
